Partners Profile Brief

Jason Saw

Founder & Cross-Border Business Architect

Tat Advisory PLT
Crossover & Crossborder Perception Expression • Deal Matching

Jason’s work is built around two closely connected areas: Crossover & Crossborder Perception Expression and Deal Matching. He focuses on creating meaningful connections between markets, cultures, businesses and opportunities across Asia.

Through Tat Advisory PLT, he works with businesses and brands to explore untapped markets, identify commercial opportunities, refine market positioning, develop meaningful expressions of value and connect with potential partners. His interests span across consumer lifestyles including but not limited to delicacy (F&B), wellness (preventive healthcare conditioning & beauty), hobby oriented businesses and emerging Asian market opportunities.

A significant part of his approach is deal architecture & matching—looking beyond introductions to understand whether two parties genuinely have complementary capabilities, interests and commercial objectives. Where the fit is right, he seeks to help move the relationship from initial connection towards distribution, strategic partnership, joint ventures, market development and, where appropriate, longer-term equity participation including M&A.

Having worked across different business environments, Jason is particularly interested in the spaces between markets: where differences in culture, consumer behaviour, business practices and market perception can either become barriers or create new opportunities.

Jason's approach is entrepreneurial and relationship-driven. He prefers to understand an opportunity from multiple perspectives, listen before making assumptions, and build relationships that can develop beyond a single transaction. He does not see himself simply as a consultant providing answers from the sidelines. He sees his role more as a business architect and catalyst—helping identify where opportunities exist, shaping how they should be expressed, bringing the right parties together and helping create the commercial pathway between them.

At the heart of his work is a simple belief:

A cross-border opportunity becomes valuable when the right perception, the right people and the right commercial structure come together.

Jia Wei

Partner, Market Growth & Strategic Execution Integrator

Tat Advisory PLT
Crossover & Crossborder Perception Expression • Deal Matching

Jia Wei is a partner of Tat Advisory PLT, where she focuses on the market growth and execution side of crossover and cross-border business development.

Working across market research, consumer insight, brand expression, content, partnerships and project execution, she helps translate strategic opportunities into practical market initiatives. Her role is to take ideas beyond the planning stage and help bring them into the real world—through structured execution, market testing, communication, partner coordination and continuous refinement.

She has a particular interest in the rapidly evolving lifestyles, consumption patterns and aspirations of Asian consumers. From food and lifestyle to beauty, wellness, healthcare, leisure experiences and emerging consumer concepts, she looks at not only what people are buying but also why certain ideas attract attention, create interest and become part of people's lifestyles.

In a cross-border environment, this understanding becomes especially important. A product, brand or concept that performs well in one market may require a different expression, positioning, communication style or customer experience in another. She helps bridge that gap by translating market insights into practical execution. Her responsibilities can span the full journey from market understanding to market activation—including research, opportunity assessment, content and communication development, brand expression, campaign and project coordination, partner engagement, customer response, performance tracking and implementation.

She approaches execution with a hands-on mindset. Within Tat Advisory PLT, her role complements the company's broader strategic and commercial capabilities. Where an opportunity may begin with identifying the right market and finding the right commercial connection, she helps move that opportunity forward—from strategy into expression, from expression into engagement, and from engagement into market traction. For her, successful market development is ultimately about turning possibility into participation—and participation into sustainable growth.

Strategy identifies the opportunity. Execution gives the opportunity for a presence in the market.
